Who processes your personal data?<\/h2>

By making an appointment with one of the Brussels Skin Center care providers, youacknowledge that the Brussels Skin Center SRL, whose registered office is at 165 E Avenue Winston Churchill, Mailbox 70, 1180 Brussels (Belgium), registered at the Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises under number 0739.788.613 (the \u2018Center\u2019), collects and processes certain of your personal information.<\/p>

Categories of personal data processed<\/h2>

Your personal data includes your surname, given name, language, mobile telephone number and email address, the care provider with whom you have made an appointment, the type of appointment (cosmetic, surgery, existing patient consultation, new patient consultation, emergency), the center chosen (Uccle or the European Quarter) and the date and time of the appointment.<\/p>

Purpose of processing<\/h2>

Your personal information is processed for the following purposes: to arrange and follow up your appointment.<\/p>

Legal basis of processing<\/h2>

The legal basis of processing this information is that it is needed toimplement precontractual measures.<\/p>

Transfer of personal information<\/h2>

The individuals who have access to this information are the Center employees and the care providers. You acknowledge that your personal information is also accessible to the Center\u2019s technical providers, in particular the SRL Progenda, exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes, and with regard to which the Center has taken the appropriate contractual measures to protect your personal information, in accordance with the applicable legislation.<\/p>

Retention period<\/h2>

The Center will keep your personal information relating to making an appointment for a maximum period of 15 years from the appointment date, except where the Center has a specific, legitimate interest in keeping your personal information for a longer period (for example, insofar as the information may be required in order to fulfil a legal obligation, notably with regard to maintaining your medical record).<\/p>

Your rights<\/h2>

You have the right to access your personal information, as collected and processed by the Center, and to request the correction or removal (where applicable) of this information if it should be incorrect or unnecessary. You also have the right to restrict processing or object to it. To exercise your rights, you can send arequest by email to privacy@brussels-skin-center.be<\/a> or by post to the postal address given above, with a copy of a document proving that you are the individual to whom this personal information relates.<\/p>
