Doctor Xuân-Lan Lam Hoai is a dermatologist practicing in Brussels and a graduateof the Université Libre de Bruxelles. During her medical training, she specialized in cutaneous oncology (skin cancer) and inflammatory skin diseases, including psoriasis. She also had the opportunity to develop her knowledge in pediatric dermatology in two renowned children’s hospitals: the Sainte-Justine Hospital in Montreal (Canada) and the Queen Fabiola University Children’s Hospital in Brussels.

In addition, Dr. Lam Hoai had the opportunity to train in the department of cutaneous oncology at the Tarnier Clinic (Hôpital Cochin, Paris). She also did clinical and epidemiological research on melanoma at the Bordet Institute and specialized in various treatments of skin cancers at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Saint-Pierre in Brussels.

Dr. Lam Hoai was actively involved in clinical studies on biotherapies in the field of psoriasis at the Brugmann University Hospital and at Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc.

In addition to her work at the Brussels Skin Center, Dr. Lam Hoai has been Assistant Head of Clinic at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Saint-Pierre in Brussels.

She is a member of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) and the Belgian Society of Pediatric Dermatology (BSPD).
