Learn more about Dr. Vervloet

Dr Gil Vervloet has been a general surgeon in Brussels since 2023. He studied at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, where he focused primarily on paediatric surgery and oncological skin surgery.

He spent a year of sub-specialization at UCL Saint-Luc in 2023-2024 and since October 2024, he combines the best of both surgical worlds.

Fluent in three languages (Dutch, French and English), Dr Vervloet consults at the Brussels Skin Center, where he specialises in the surgical treatment of benign skin lesions and skin cancers, as well as at the CHU Saint-Pierre (Brussels).

He also offers sclero- and foamtherapy treatment of varicose veins. After careful echographic examination of the venous system, he will inject aetoxisclerol, a sclerothizing agent, to collapse the least aesthetic vessels and inhibit the formation of new vessels.

Other aesthetic services provided by Dr Vervloet are injections of botulinum toxin and fillers, and vascular laser treatment for spider veins and rosacea.
